Terms and Conditions By purchasing access to our F1 25 / 26 Setup (etc..) Server and participating in its content and community, you (the customer/buyer) agree to the following terms: 1. OWNERSHIP OF ALL CONTENT All data, including but not limited to car setups, strategies, track guides, telemetry, coaching materials, and any other proprietary content shared within the server, is the exclusive property of the server administrators and content creators. This information is intended for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, copied, or sold in any form, whether publicly or privately. Payment does not transfer ownership. Purchasing does not make you the owner of any setup, strategy, or other content, and does not grant you any copyright or intellectual property right in it. All content remains the exclusive property of Velocity Setups at all times, both before and after your payment, permanently. What you receive on payment is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the content for your own private sim racing only. That licence can be revoked for breach of these terms. Any modified, edited, or derived version you create from our content also remains the property of Velocity Setups. 2. PAYMENT IS FINAL — YOU FORFEIT THE AMOUNT PAID Once you have been given access to any product, your payment is final, non-refundable, and non-reversible. Before payment you are required to tick a consent box at checkout confirming that you understand you are receiving immediate access to digital content, that you expressly consent to delivery beginning straight away, and that you accept you therefore lose any right to cancel or withdraw. Payment cannot be completed without ticking it. The date, time, and wording version of your consent are recorded against your order. By ticking that box and completing payment you acknowledge and agree that: - our products are digital and are made available to you immediately or as soon as they are prepared; - you expressly consented to delivery beginning at once and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, gave up any right of withdrawal or cancellation; - you forfeit the amount paid and give up any claim to a refund, credit, or reversal; - Velocity Setups keeps full ownership of everything supplied to you regardless of payment. Refunds are available only before you are given access to any product. See our Refund Policy for full details. 3. DELIVERY AND TIMING — NO GUARANTEE Setups, strategies, and all other products are provided on a best-effort basis. Any timeframe, turnaround estimate, or release date we mention is indicative only and is not a guarantee. We do NOT guarantee that any setup, strategy, or other product will be delivered or updated in time for any particular race, qualifying session, practice session, league round, championship event, game update, or personal deadline. Velocity Setups accepts no responsibility and no liability whatsoever for a setup or strategy not being provided early enough for your intended use, including where this results in: - you missing a race, session, event, or entry; - a lost, forfeited, or worsened race, qualifying, or championship result; - loss of league position, prize money, sponsorship, or any other opportunity; - any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind. Delays can happen for reasons including order volume, F1 game or patch updates, track and car changes, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. Late delivery is not grounds for a refund. If you need something for a specific race or event, you must allow enough time — the risk of ordering late rests entirely with you. 4. NO PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE Sim racing results depend on driver skill, hardware, controller or wheel settings, conditions, game version, and many other factors outside our control. We make no promise that any setup or strategy will improve your lap times, race results, or consistency. All products are supplied "as is". 5. SHARING, REDISTRIBUTION AND TERMINATION Unauthorized sharing or distribution of any server content will result in immediate termination of your access to the server and all related services. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if a breach of these terms occurs. If termination of these Terms & Conditions occurs, you may re-pay an amount of 125% of your purchased product to gain access back to the original products, as well as further agreeing to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Use of these setups in Time Trial is prohibited and can/may result in a loss of products. 6. CHARGEBACKS Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after you have been given access. Because our products are delivered digitally and immediately, doing so is a breach of these terms. Your licence is revoked, your access to all products may be withdrawn, and you may be permanently refused future service. 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a product or to these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for that specific product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of results, standings, prizes, earnings, or opportunity. 8. YOUR DETAILS You are responsible for giving correct information at checkout, including your email and platform or Discord details. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect details supplied by you. 9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms at any time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued participation constitutes ongoing acceptance of these conditions.
