Refund Policy 1. WHEN A REFUND IS AVAILABLE We offer refunds only up until the point you are given access to any of our products. Once access has been granted — to a setup, strategy, guide, or the server itself — the sale is final and no refund is available. 2. AFTER ACCESS, PAYMENT IS FORFEITED Our products are digital and cannot be returned once they have been seen. At checkout you must tick a box confirming that you understand you are getting immediate access, that you expressly consent to delivery starting straight away, and that you accept you therefore lose any right to cancel or withdraw. Payment cannot be completed without it, and the time and wording of your consent are recorded against your order. By ticking that box and completing payment you forfeit the amount paid and give up any right of withdrawal or cancellation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. 3. OWNERSHIP STAYS WITH US Paying gives you a personal licence to use the product. It does not make you the owner of it. All setups, strategies, track guides, telemetry, and coaching material remain the exclusive property of Velocity Setups at all times, before and after payment. Full detail is in our Terms & Conditions. 4. TIMING IS NOT GROUNDS FOR A REFUND Any delivery estimate we give is indicative only and is not guaranteed. We do not guarantee that a setup or strategy will be ready in time for any specific race, qualifying session, league round, championship event, or personal deadline. A setup or strategy not being provided early enough is NOT grounds for a refund. This includes where a delay causes you to miss an event, or affects your result, standing, or any other outcome. If you need something for a specific date, order with enough time — the risk of ordering late rests with you. 5. NO REFUNDS FOR PERFORMANCE We do not refund because a setup or strategy did not deliver the lap times, results, or improvement you hoped for. Performance depends on driver skill, hardware, settings, and game version, all outside our control. 6. NO REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND We do not refund for change of mind, accidental or duplicate purchase, buying the wrong car, track, or game, or no longer needing the product. 7. BREACH OF TERMS If your access is terminated for breaching our Terms & Conditions — including sharing or redistributing content, or using our setups in Time Trial — no refund will be issued under any circumstances. 8. LIMITED EXCEPTIONS A refund or replacement may be issued entirely at our discretion, and only where: - you were charged more than once for the same product due to a verified payment error; or - a delivered file is corrupt or unusable and we cannot supply a working replacement. To ask us to review either case, contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. Making a request does not entitle you to a refund. 9. CHARGEBACKS Do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after access has been granted. This is treated as a breach of our Terms & Conditions. Your licence is revoked, access to all products may be withdrawn, and you may be permanently refused future service. 10.
